Comfrotable Stay
Hotel de Ville provided excellent service and great value for money. Staff were very helpfull and polite, assiting us with transportation and information about the local area. Room service had a very wide selection and delivered food in a timely manner. I would definetly recommend this hotel to potential guests! Excellent Hospitaly
I stayed with my family in Golden Tulip Ville ( Beirut ) and the service and atention was wonderfull.
The rooms are very clean and the breakfast excellent .
The special atention of the operation manager Mr. Samir , was very important to me . I will come back again to this Hotel ..

I am travelling a lot across the ME region and this is probably one of the worse hotels I've ever been today. Laundry service is bad, some of the reception staff (not all) is all but professional, breakfast setup is very poor,... and one of the concierge nearly start a fight with an honest taxi driver! The room was good and clean. The only thing I would like to have inside the room the KATTLE of water and coffee and tea. As other hotels do.

Second Home
I visit Beirut at least twice a month and stay at the Golden Tulip everytime. Over all else, customer service is important to me. The service at the Golden Tulip is excellent, and the staff all knows me. The staff goes the extra mile to provide me with first class service. Any request I have of them is met. They try (and succeed) to make my stay like a second home to me. Every single member of the staff should be rewarded for the service they provide. Great
I loved the hotel. The staff was great. I wished that the bathrooms had been a little nicer and cleaner. The bathroom in my suite has mold growing in the shower. Overall, I had a great experience. Will definitely stay again.
